Job Overview
As an Operations Specialist at Formlogic, you will join a talented and experienced multidisciplinary team to deliver CNC parts to our Aerospace customers. In addition to operating and maintaining production equipment such as saws, forklifts, CNC machining centers, etc., you will be helping us to outfit, modify, and repair equipment to achieve our vision and scale the business.
We all wear multiple hats throughout the day, and you'll be expected to have above all, flexibility and a learning mindset.
You will be given on-the-job training to teach you our manufacturing process over a two-month, probationary period.
Second shift is Monday through Thursday 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM.
Weekend shift is Friday-Sunday 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
The ideal candidate's experience and interests include:
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Basic math skills
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to carry up to 50 pounds
- Creative problem-solving skills and methods
- Highly organized, effective communicator, great teammate
- Interest in manufacturing
$18 - $35 an hour
