Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and maintenance of landscape and hardscape projects.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time and to company standards.
• Ensure job sites are clean and organized at the end of each workday.
• Follow company safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and take direction; experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
• Valid PA driver’s license is preferred.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Compensation

Starting at $16.00/hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience and qualifications. Work 36 hours a week and earn pay for 40 hours with perfect attendance.

• Pay range is $16.00-$21.00 per hour
