Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, ensuring their comfort and safety during transport.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and any issues that arise during transport.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
Handle heavy lifting when necessary, including loading and unloading luggage or equipment.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns professionally.
