• Create a positive, friendly, and consultative service-oriented customer environment that prioritizes customer relationships and sets Hammer Made apart from other stores.
• Drive personal daily and weekly sales results to meet monthly targets.
• Handle customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures; escalate issues as appropriate.
• Offer suggestions to the leadership team about how to improve daily sales trends.

• Ensure company standards of neat, clean and organized sales floor, cash wrap and fitting room areas are met.
• Take part in visual merchandising initiatives. Help execute and ensure a top-quality, appealing, merchandise assortment that promotes effective sales and store traffic.
• Assist with promotion of in-store events and promotions to increase the customer base, with a particular focus on building the Hammer Made brand.
• Collaborate effectively with other store locations and with outside Business Partners as needed.

This role calls for someone with a passion for fashion and knowledge of the men’s apparel industry, strong selling and communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. A kind, compassionate, and customer-first mindset is essential, along with being a collaborative team player who can also take initiative to engage clients and drive sales. Attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities are key, as is being receptive to feedback. A high school diploma and 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience are preferred. The position is part-time, about 20-25 hours per week, with variable schedules that may include weekends and holidays. The job takes place in a retail store setting, involving regular use of standard office equipment and physical activity such as standing, walking, stooping, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. Regular and predictable attendance is required.
