Description
Mascaro is seeking a project manager to support our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of a project from inception to completion by meeting or exceeding goals for safety, quality, profitability and schedule, resulting in extreme customer satisfaction. This includes, but is not limited to all planning, organizing, and controlling of coordination activities, establishment and maintenance of project schedules and post-project activities. Key Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a technical college degree
· Minimum of 10 years of construction or contracting project management experience, with field of estimating experience; no less than three years of holding a Project Manager position
· Comfortable to work in both an office and on-site construction project environment
· Ability to travel and/or temporarily relocate based on project needs
· Experience with self-performing heavy/industrial work is preferred
· Proficient in computers, experience with construction software preferred
· Aptitude to work as a team player with strong planning and organizational skills
