Description

As a Lot Attendant, you’ll ensure our truck inventory is well-organized, maintained, and ready for display. You will: 

➤ Line up new and used truck inventory in both parking lots for display as instructed by the supervisor.
➤ Move duplicate inventory to the corporate storage parking lot.
➤ Relocate service trucks to the designated service parking area first thing each morning.
➤ Transfer trucks from Butler to Corporate parking lot as directed.
➤ Ensure at least 20 new and used trucks start and run daily; notify supervisor of any issues.
➤ Perform light repairs, such as battery replacements, charging, or jump starts.
➤ Check and inflate low or flat tires daily.
➤ Maintain cleanliness of all parking lots, removing trash and debris.
➤ Report any damage on inventory to the Sales Manager.
➤ Perform other duties as assigned.
➤ Adhere to and promote all workplace health and safety policies. 

Key Requirements

◆ Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required.
◆ Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
◆ Certificates & Licenses: Valid Driver’s License required, must meet company insurability standards.
◆ Physical Requirements: Frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift; occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds. Frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. Vision abilities include close and distance vision with the ability to adjust focus.
