We are seeking motivated, reliable Crew Members to support our landscape and hardscaping installation teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning new skills, and being part of a team that values quality and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installations, including plantings, soil preparation, grading, and site finishing.

• Support hardscape installation for patios, fire features, pergolas, and outdoor kitchens

• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.

• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and responsibly.

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.

• Follow project plans and direction from the foreperson to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Work as part of a team to meet project timelines and expectations.

• Assist with site clean-up to maintain a safe and tidy work environment.

• Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards.

• Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping or hardscaping is a plus but not required.

• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team.

• Respectful and professional attitude toward teammates and clients.
