Job Title: Landscape Team Member

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of landscapes, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and laying sod.

• Support hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls by preparing sites, moving materials, and performing basic construction tasks..

• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.

• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, including blowers, trimmers, and wheelbarrows.

• Follow instructions from the Foreperson or Crew Leader to ensure project quality and efficiency.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

• Assist in site clean-up, ensuring a safe and tidy work environment.

• Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in landscaping or hardscaping is a plus

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

Job Type:

• Full-time
