Description
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns about their personal insurance policies.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information as needed.
- Accurately record customer requests and update account details.
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
Full or Part-time available 25-40 hours per week, 5 days per week. Compensation to very with experience, licenses and hours worked. $15-$20/hour
Key Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and resolve customer issues.
- Proficient in data entry to accurately record and update customer information.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
-A P&C Insurance License will need to be obtained, on the job training and time to complete study will be provided.
