Core Responsibilities

 - Evaluate current Workfront setup and identify gaps

 - Design and implement workflow, automation, and process improvements

 - Configure Workfront (Core, Planning) and build Fusion automations

 - Standardize campaign workflows, metadata, and intake processes

 - Create dashboards and reporting tied to business outcomes

 - Provide documentation, governance, and team enablement

Our client is seeking a Workfront Administrator / Developer to help drive the evolution of their Adobe Workfront environment. This individual will serve as the primary technical and functional expert responsible for optimizing Workfront, building automations through Workfront Fusion, and helping shape the long-term roadmap for workflow transformation.

This is not simply an admin role. The ideal candidate will understand the business rationale behind process design, drive platform improvements, and help the organization leverage automation and AI capabilities to improve marketing operations and campaign execution. The individual will closely partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to influence platform strategy, identify opportunities for efficiency, and implement scalable solutions.

Skills and Requirements

- 3+ years Workfront Administration

 - Experience with Workfront Core + workflow design

 - 2+ years Workfront Fusion (automation/integrations)

 - Strong background in marketing operations & campaign workflows

 - Experience with reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder engagement - Workfront certifications (Core and/or Fusion)

 - Adobe ecosystem experience

 - Consulting/process transformation experience

 - Training & enablement experience
