Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew in the installation and maintenance of landscape projects, ensuring work is completed to company standards.
• Coordinate with management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Efficiently manage labor, equipment, and materials on job sites.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all landscape tasks.
• Promote and maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment for all team members.

Compensation

Earn up to $28.00 per hour based on verifiable experience. Work 36 hours per week and receive pay for 40 hours with perfect punctuality and attendance.

Pay rage is $24-$28 per hour

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape installation and maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Must be able to pass a pre employment drug screening
Must be able to be at work Tuesday through Friday 7:15am to 4:45 pm
Must have a Valid PA Driver's License
Must exhibit professional conduct with clients and coworkers
