Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass the new operator computer testing.
Must have valid PA Driver’s License for a minimum of three (3 years AND:
• No more than three (3) points on license.
• No chargeable accidents within the last three (3) years.
• No DUI within the last three (3) years or two (2) or more in lifetime.
•No license suspensions for moving vehicle violations within the last three (3) years.
Must have High School Diploma or GED.
Must be available to work all shifts and able to work at any garage within Allegheny County.

Benefits:
Bonus for current CDL holder –one-time bonus for valid CDL = $1,000, valid passenger endorsement = additional $500.
Wages -Pay rate during ten (10) week training program – $19.00/hr
Wage progression following completion of training program.
1st through 12th month – 65% of operator rate or $24.88/hr
13th through 24th month – 67% of operator rate
25th through 36th month – 70% of operator rate
37th through 48th month – 78% of operator rate
Thereafter – 100% of operator rate or $38.25/hr
