Assembler
Location: Irwin, Pennsylvania
Payrate: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:
Tool-Up work orders to meet customer ship dates including washing parts as needed and issuing parts to work orders
Maintain assembly cell cleanliness by keeping work area clean.
Assemble and air test all standard valves.
Consistently meets production standards.
Adhere to schedule.
Operate the wash system.
Perform 5s tasks.
Perform to all measured productivity, utilization, scrap, and rework standards/goals.
Any other task assigned by supervisor or management within the employees skill set.
Enter name and completion date into MFG status.
Skills/ Abilities/Competencies:
Strong Verbal communication.
Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with hand tools
Prior mechanical assembly experience preferred
Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings.
Ability to stand up for up to 10 hours a day.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
