As Medical Director, you'll receive dedicated paid administrative time away from the hospital floor, allowing you to focus on leadership initiatives and successfully support your team.

**Qualifications:**

We're looking for a leader who has:

+ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree

+ Minimum of **5 years of experience as an Emergency Clinician** or **2+ years as a board-certified Specialist**

+ Active veterinary license in good standing

+ Proven leadership abilities with strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills

+ Passion for developing people while delivering exceptional medicine

+ Strong communication skills to effectively communicate new ideas, new protocols, and effectively resolve client and/or pDVM concerns when necessary.
