**Description**

Tenure-track Organizational Behavior & Theory (OBT) faculty position at the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University for appointment at the untenured (Assistant Professor) level.

**Qualifications**

Applicants should demonstrate a record of, or strong potential for, excellence in research and in teaching undergraduate, MBA, and doctoral students. Applicants must hold a Ph.D. by the time of appointment (Fall 2027) in Organizational Behavior, Organizational Theory, or a related discipline (e.g., Management, Strategy, Psychology, Sociology, or an interdisciplinary field). We seek candidates whose research complements and extends the strengths of the OBT group while contributing to the Tepper School's broader research community. Current areas of expertise of the OBT group include inter- and intra-group behavior, human-AI teaming, social networks, organizational learning, conflict and negotiations, status and power, ethics, organization design, entrepreneurship, and strategy, with a particular emphasis on interdisciplinary and cross-level research.
