We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Service Technician to join our team at a thriving 370-unit apartment community in Pittsburgh, PA. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

+ Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance issues.

+ Respond to service requests with professionalism and a customer-focused attitude.

+ Maintain the community's interior and exterior to company standards.

+ Communicate effectively with residents and team members while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

+ $21.00-$24.00 per hour

+ $1000 sign on bonus

+ Up to 50% Rent Discount

+ Shared Renewal Commissions

Schedule:

+ Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

+ Paid rotating on-call schedule required

What We're Looking For:

+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

+ Maintenance experience preferred

+ HVAC/EPA certification preferred

+ Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to Morgan's PRIDE values
