Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Executive to lead AI-enabled product strategy within the supply chain and distribution space. This individual will serve as a business-facing product partner who can collaborate directly with leadership, global process owners, and product stakeholders to help drive delivery and identify opportunities to improve workflows, decision making, and operational efficiency. This is a highly strategic role focused on product management, process design, stakeholder management, and translating market needs into actionable product requirements.

Skills and Requirements

- Strong career progression in Product Ownership in a technical environment

 - 5-10 years of Product Management Leadership experience in construction technology, construction distribution, or related

 - Experience leading executive-level discussions and driving alignment with senior leadership

 - Proven ability to define product strategy, gather requirements, and connect capabilities with business outcomes

 - Experience connecting product, business, and construction technology, including leveraging AI-enabled products to influence product strategy and vision - Experience as a forward-deployed product owner

 - Located in Pittsburgh or Chicago

Advanced AI experience: implementing into processes, driving adoption within organizations, etc.
