**Shift Details**

+ Full Time Schedules

+ Some weekends may be required

+ 12 hour shifts available depending on the facility

+ Contract Position (flexible with shift availability is a plus)

+ 07:00:00 - 19:00:00

**Psychologist Duties & Responsibilities:**

+ Conduct psychological assessments, evaluations, and screenings.

+ Provide individual and group counseling to patients with mental health and behavioral health needs.

+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

+ Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral interventions.

+ Assess patients for mental health conditions, emotional concerns, and behavioral issues.

+ Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies.

+ Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.

+ Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

+ Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation and patient records.

+ Provide education and guidance to patients on coping strategies, behavioral health, and wellness.

+ Follow applicable clinical, ethical, confidentiality, and facility standards.

**Minimum Qualifications **

+ Current, valid, and unrestricted PA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

+ Minimum of 2 yearsof recent experience as a Psychologist.

+ Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

+ Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
