Job Summary

Responsible for leading and coordinating the work of employees who repair and maintain equipment and infrastructure. Plan, schedule, order parts and manage repairs to equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Essential Functions

+ Direct supervision of hourly employees

+ Planning maintenance work around production schedules, identifying, requesting and locating critical spare parts, coordinating repairs with contractors

+ Trouble shooting electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment and accessing required work to assure accuracy in scope to facilitate efficient work planning in a world class maintenance organization
