We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to install residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems, including ductwork, equipment, and controls. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ventilation systems

Follow installation manuals, and interpret job layouts

Connect electrical wiring and controls

Ensure proper system operation and efficiency

Maintain a clean and safe job site

Maintain proper truck inventory levels

Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Comply with all safety standards and local codes

Requirements:

2+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred

EPA 608 Certification

Proven track record in heating and cooling systems including ability to draw simple diagrams, read blue prints and other diagrams.

Valid driver's license with a clean, safe driving record.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawl spaces and attics

Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.

Strong verbal and written communications.
