What You'll Do

+ Assist Lead HVAC Technicians with residential service, maintenance, and equipment installations.

+ Learn how to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling systems.

+ Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and indoor air quality equipment.

+ Safely use tools, equipment, and materials while following company safety standards.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area and service vehicle.

+ Deliver outstanding customer service and represent Sullivan Super Service professionally in customers' homes.

+ Continue developing your technical knowledge through hands-on training and mentorship.

What We're Looking For

+ Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn the HVAC trade.

+ Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.

+ Dependable, punctual, and coachable.

+ Excellent customer service and communication skills.

+ Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.

+ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

+ EPA Certification is a plus but not required.
