Position Description
Looking for a GenAI Ops Intent Lead who will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and driving the successful delivery of Generative AI initiatives across the enterprise.
This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, governance functions, and platform teams to ensure GenAI solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.
The Intent Lead owns the end-to-end lifecycle of GenAI use cases, from intake and prioritization through deployment, adoption, and value realization. Working closely with engineering teams, architects, and business leaders, the Intent Lead ensures solutions align with strategic objectives, governance requirements, and operational needs.
Responsibilities
Product & Use Case Leadership
+ Own the GenAI use case lifecycle from ideation through production deployment.
+ Partner with business stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize GenAI opportunities.
+ Define business objectives, success criteria, KPIs, and value realization metrics.
+ Develop and maintain product roadmaps for GenAI initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
+ Serve as the primary interface between business, technology, governance, and delivery teams.
+ Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and use case intake discussions.
+ Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes.
+ Communicate program progress, risks, and achievements to leadership teams.
Delivery Governance
+ Guide engineering teams on business priorities and expected outcomes.
+ Support sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release planning activities.
+ Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.
+ Participate in architecture, governance, and production readiness reviews.
Value Realization
+ Define and track KPIs related to:
+ Productivity improvements
+ User adoption
+ Operational efficiency
+ Cost optimization
+ Business impact
+ Monitor realized benefits and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
+ Support ROI measurement and reporting activities.
AI Governance & Responsible AI
+ Collaborate with governance, risk, and compliance teams.
+ Support Standards of Care (SoC), Responsible AI, and model governance processes.
+ Participate in use case risk assessments and approval workflows.
Change Management & Adoption
+ Drive user adoption and organizational readiness initiatives.
+ Coordinate training, communications, and stakeholder engagement activities.
+ Gather feedback and prioritize enhancements based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
+ 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or Technology Delivery.
+ 3+ years of experience working with Generative AI, AI/ML solutions, data platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
