As a Grill Cold Cook, you'll prepare, cook, and serve a variety of grilled and cold food items while maintaining high standards of food safety, sanitation, and customer service.

Schedule: Full‑time, 40 hrs/week * Every other weekend & holidays * Shifts between 5:00 AM-8:30 PM

Your day may include:

+ Providing friendly, attentive service

+ Preparing fresh food for cafeteria guests and patient meal trays

+ Staying active in a fast‑paced kitchen environment (lifting 5-25 lbs)

+ Supporting operations through restocking, prep work, temperature checks, and cleaning

What You'll Do:

+ Prep, cook, and serve menu items

+ Label, date, and complete temperature documentation

+ Deliver excellent service to guests, patients, and staff

+ Restock stations and assist with next‑day preparation

+ Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

+ Perform additional duties as assigned
