**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate drilling and roof bolting equipment safely and efficiently

+ Install roof support systems to maintain underground stability

+ Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment

+ Monitor drilling and bolting progress, making adjustments as needed

+ Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

**What Are We Looking For**

+ Ability to operate and maintain drilling and roof bolting machinery

+ Strong focus on safety and compliance standards

+ Capability to work in physically demanding underground environments

+ Effective communication and teamwork skills

+ Problem-solving mindset for adapting to changing conditions

**Conditions of Employment**

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

**Work Environment**

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

**What We Offer**

+ $28.76 per hour plus an additional $0.50 per hour underground rate

+ $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)
