Straight talk about how this works

We’d rather set the bar honestly than over-promise and disappoint you.

What we will do

Our commitment to you

  • Meet with you one-on-one, at no cost, for as long as your search takes
  • Rewrite your résumé into terms civilian employers understand
  • Advocate on your behalf with any employer you apply to, in our network or not
  • Prepare you for interviews, including the questions veterans get asked
  • Keep working with you if the first role doesn’t work out
What we can’t do: guarantee you a job, or get you hired somewhere you aren’t qualified for. We speak up for you and we prepare you. The application is yours to submit and the interview is yours to win.

What we ask of you

Your side of the deal

  • Answer the phone, or call us back — an unreturned call is the single biggest reason a search stalls
  • Tell us about every job you apply to, anywhere — that’s what lets us advocate for you
  • Show up for interviews, on time and prepared
  • Tell us plainly about what you want and what you’ll accept
  • Tell us when you get hired, even if it wasn’t through us
Why that last one matters: our funding depends on knowing our placement numbers. Telling us you landed takes 30 seconds and it helps the next veteran in line.

Ready to take the next step?

We are your expansive network to better opportunities. Let’s get connected!
