Job Description

The Oracle ERP and PPM Support Analyst provides functional, technical, and production support for Oracle ERP and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) applications. This role partners with Finance, Project Management, IT, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, maintain configurations, support integrations, and drive continuous improvement across core business processes such as project costing, billing, financial controls, and reporting.

 - Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and PPM modules

 - Build and maintain reports using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP)

 - Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution

 - Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Project teams to support daily ERP operations

 - Support key modules including AP, AR, GL, and Project Accounting/PPM

 - Assist with month-end/year-end processes by resolving system-related issues

 - Perform system testing, UAT support, and validation for enhancements and fixes

 - Create ad hoc reporting solutions based on evolving business needs

 - Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data quality, and system improvements

Document processes and identify opportunities to improve system performance and user experience

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP in a production environment

 - Strong experience with Oracle BI Publisher (required)

 - Experience supporting Financials + PPM modules

 - Solid understanding of AP, AR, GL, and financial reporting

 - Experience handling L2/L3 production support tickets

 - Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

 - Experience with system testing, UAT, and production validation

 - Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
