Job Description

We are seeking a hands on Senior MDM Architect with deep Informatica MDM experience to support enterprise master data initiatives. This is not a strategy only role. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with data, participating in governance calls, and partnering closely with delivery teams to design and implement MDM solutions.

This role supports an existing MDM team (no direct reports).

Skills and Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in MDM and data

- Strong, CURRENT Informatica MDM experience

- Minimum 2 full Informatica MDM implementation lifecycles (hands on)

- Hands on MDM Architect (not strategy only)

- MDM domain experience in BOTH:

- Product (P360!)

- Supplier

- Deep data understanding

- Data modeling, match/merge, survivorship, golden record

- MDM governance & data quality

- Stewardship, data cleansing rules, best practices

- Enterprise scale implementations - Experience in Customer MDM domain

- Exposure to multiple MDM platforms (SAP, Oracle, IBM) in addition to Informatica

- Experience across large, complex organizations
