**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on ready mix trucks and mobile equipment.
+ Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
+ Ensure all equipment meets safety and operational standards.
+ Maintain accurate records of services and repairs.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

+ Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.

**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
**What We Offer**
+ $35.24 per hour
+ $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)
