**The Role at a glance:**

We are looking for a motivated **Food Service Supervisor** to join our healthcare team in **Wexford, PA** . As a **Food Service Supervisor** , you will have the opportunity to ensure a high quality dining experience for customers, staff, and visitors at an assigned location. You will lead a energetic and willing staff of servers to ensure customers have the optimal dining experience. *Shifts can vary, but they are typically scheduled starting at 5:00am or 12:00pm.*

**What you'll be doing:**

+ Supervising the daily operations of the Front-of-house and Back-of-house.

+ Scheduling, managing, and training dining room employees.

+ Handling customer service interactions.

**What we're looking for:**

_Must-haves:_

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Experience supervising multiple employees.

+ Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

+ At least one years' experience in customer service.

_Nice-to-haves:_

+ Previous hospitality management experience.

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, telephone systems, printers, and fax machines.

+ Associate's degree or higher.

**Compensation Range:**

+ $50,000 - $53,000 per year, depending on experience
