**What You'll Do**

As a Maintenance Engineering Technician, you'll help create a clean, welcoming, and safe environment across campus by:

+ Maintaining classrooms, offices, residence halls, hallways, and common areas

+ Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and performing routine cleaning tasks

+ Removing trash and ensuring facilities remain presentable

+ Sanitizing restrooms and high-touch surfaces

+ Operating floor buffers and other cleaning equipment

+ Identifying and reporting facility concerns

+ Supporting various campus locations as daily needs change

+ Following safety standards and sanitation procedures

Your work directly contributes to the experience of students, faculty, staff, and visitors every day.

**What We're Looking For**

We're interested in dependable, hardworking individuals who:

+ Have custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facilities experience (preferred)

+ Take pride in delivering high-quality work

+ Can work independently and stay organized

+ Are comfortable lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials over 50 pounds

+ Can safely operate cleaning equipment or learn quickly

+ Are reliable and punctual for early morning shifts

+ Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same

**Schedule**

**8-Hour Shifts**

+ Start times between **4:00 AM and 6:00 AM**

+ Finish around **12:30 PM**

+ Every other weekend rotation

+ Additional days off built into weekend schedules to help maintain work-life balance

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greensburg, PA.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
