**Responsibilities for the Systems Analyst role include but are not limited to:**

+ Provide oversight of deployments, enhancements, and process changes

+ Coordinate, investigate, and resolve production support issues across systems

+ Support system upgrades, acquisitions, and technology expansions, including legacy system integrations

+ Ensure systems remain secure and compliant, maintaining a strong cybersecurity posture

+ Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives, including recommending system enhancements or replacements

+ Continuously expand skillset in line with evolving technologies and business needs

+ Lead and coordinate offshore technical team

+ Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time

+ Provide direction, oversight, and quality control

+ Work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups, including: Business users (finance, procurement, etc.), Technical teams, External/3rd-party partners

+ Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability

+ Proactively identify issues

+ Catch and correct errors early

**Candidates for this Systems Analyst role must meet the following requirements to be considered:**

+ Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in Information Technology

+ Strong proficiency in writing and executing SQL

+ Working Knowledge of Data Warehousing, ETL processes and Data Security concepts
