Michelle Moore graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling. Ms. Moore is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP). She has worked with individuals with disabilities in coordination of medical and rehabilitation care, as well as in a vocational capacity for 25 years. She also works with the Veteran’s Affairs to provide support to Veterans as they participate in their educational and vocational programs.
