Duties:
Airport wheelchair agents, also known as Passenger Service Assistants (PSA's), assist airline passengers in wheelchairs along with providing assistance to passengers with other disabilities (hearing impaired, visually impaired, etc.). These agents assist travelers needing special assistance on their arriving, departing, and connecting flights. Agents also provide on route restroom and restaurant stops, assist with luggage, and assist passengers to pet relief areas if needed. Lastly, wheelchair agents may be required to transfer passengers on and off aircraft utilizing an aisle chair.
This job requires candidates to be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and walk and stand for long periods of time. Candidates need to be customer service oriented and have great compassion for others.
Key Requirements
Applicants must have a valid drivers license OR state ID and be able to pass a federal background check
