Description
Job Summary:
The Service Writer (also known as Service Advisor) is the first point of contact for customers. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, writing up repair orders, providing cost and time estimates, and coordinating with the service team to ensure vehicles are serviced efficiently and correctly.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years in automobile customer service
- Automotive mechanical experience and knowledge
- Prior experience with retail tire and auto service brands such as Goodyear, Firestone, etc.
- Hands-on experience with TireworksHD, Auto Integrate, or fleet maintenance platforms
- Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Mitchell1, RO Writer, TireShop, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced service environment
- Valid Driver License
