Description
Service and Repair Technician (Mechanic) position supports the branch, and client, service and repair needs. This position ensures that all rental equipment maintenance and repair needs of customers' equipment is conducted in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner. This role provides a great opportunity to learn and grow within our service department.
Key Requirements
-Perform service and repair of construction equipment
-Act as a liaison between customers, and other departments of the branch, to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded in terms of rental equipment maintenance and repair
-Maintain professional and ethical business relationships with all customers and co-workers following the established company policies and procedures.
-Produce all required service tickets and/or documentation accurately, completely, and in a timely manner
-Communicates with the team for ordering and stocking of needed parts, equipment, and accessories
-Communicates with team for coordinating delivery and pickup of parts, equipment, and accessories
-Foster good working relationships with clients and team members by training on parts, equipment, and accessories
-Be an ambassador for safety, making sure all work is done in the safest manner
