We are seeking motivated Landscape Team Members to join our growing team. Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of landscapes, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and laying sod.
• Support hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls by preparing sites, moving materials, and performing basic construction tasks..
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment, including blowers, trimmers, and wheelbarrows.
• Follow instructions from the Foreperson or Crew Leader to ensure project quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Assist in site clean-up, ensuring a safe and tidy work environment.
• Load and unload tools and materials as needed
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards.

Prior experience in landscaping or hardscaping is a plus but not required - will train motivated individuals.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
Willingness to Learn and take initiative, contributing to the team
Punctuality & Dependable Attendance
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
