The Doubletree by Hilton Pittsburgh - Green Tree is currently hiring for the position of Guest Service Agent. Qualified candidates should be dedicated, and self-motivated and willing to work together to maintain the company's high standards of customer service.

- Proficiently check in and out guests in and out of the hotel and accommodate any requests.
- Adheres to all accounting and cash handling procedures at all times.
- Manage all guest requests and delegate tasks accordingly with other departments in a timely manner.
- Acts as PBX Operator and utilizes the switchboard phone system as well as other communicative devices, such as the walkie-talkie.
- Answers all inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner, using clear speech and active listening.
- Handle guest complaints in a friendly and timely manner.
- Assist with shipping/receiving of packages process in a timely manner.
- Assist guest with luggage when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
