Description
Summary:
Support solutioning and intake processes across key healthcare initiatives. Helps translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions that improve patient care, streamline operations, and align with enterprise architecture standards. Works closely with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure healthcare delivery solutions are thoughtfully designed, well-documented, and effectively prioritized.
Responsibilities:
• Support the intake process by gathering and documenting business needs from clinical, administrative, and operational stakeholders.
• Analyze existing workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in solutioning discussions to help translate business requirements into feasible, value-driven solutions.
• Develop clear and concise documentation, including intake summaries, solution outlines, process maps, and presentation materials.
• Assist in evaluating solution options based on feasibility, alignment with enterprise architecture, and business value.
• Track intake requests through the process, ensuring proper follow-up, prioritization, and coordination with technical and business teams.
• Conduct basic data analysis to support decision-making and identify patterns or trends relevant to proposed solutions.
• Engage with clinical and operational leaders to gather feedback and ensure solution recommendations meet frontline and patient care needs.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with departments such as IT, digital health, care management, finance, and compliance.
• Maintain focus on improving the patient experience and driving operational excellence through thoughtful and strategic intake management.
Key Requirements
• Foundational understanding of business process analysis and improvement techniques
• Familiarity with solutioning frameworks and ability to translate business needs into technical concepts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse stakeholders
• Attention to detail in documentation, intake materials, and process tracking
• Experience gathering and organizing requirements from stakeholders in business or clinical settings
